Other information: We make sure that our house is a safe place to live in. Smoke detectors, CO detectors and fire doors are all installed according to the latest regulations, as checked by an HMO inspector approved by Southampton City Council.
A new combi boiler was installed in October 2015 and is serviced annually. Any problems with any of the facilities are attended to promptly by our agent, Richard Greenland-Murray. We think the rents are good value, and hope that tenants will appreciate the trouble we have gone to in order that they can enjoy living in our house in comfort and safety.
