43 Harefield Road is a semi-detached house that has four bedrooms available for renting.  In recent years it has been home to postgraduate students from Southampton and Solent Universities and to non-students working in Southampton.

​The house is situated in a quiet residential road in the Swaythling area of Southampton, close to the Highfield Campus site of Southampton University.

There are 4 bedrooms for rent, two upstairs and two downstairs. The property has been recently re-decorated and re-furnished and is subject to an HMO licence from Southampton City Council.

Other information:  We make sure that our house is a safe place to live in. Smoke detectors, CO detectors and fire doors are all installed according to the latest regulations, as checked by an HMO inspector approved by Southampton City Council. 
A new combi boiler was installed in October 2015 and is serviced annually.  Any problems with any of the facilities are attended to promptly by our agent, Richard Greenland-Murray. We think the rents are good value, and hope that tenants will appreciate the trouble we have gone to in order that they can enjoy living in our house in comfort and safety.
